Four tasters arrived at David & Oliver’s kitchen in Berkshire to sample and compare the first casserole produced against samples of other products available. The feedback was extremely positive and all were very pleased with the Country Casserole. It is anticipated that it will be eaten either on its own like a hearty soup or added to rice or mashed potato for a more substantial meal. Pheasant meat will be used initially which is very low in fat and cholesterol and so therefore we have added lentils to increase the calorific value of the product.
