Country Casseroles were served by Team 12 at the Peterborough Soup Kitchen last Friday (2nd February). The response was a definite thumbs up from their clients. The casserole was served with chips and onion rings and the comments were very positive. The clients loved the meat and were surprised when they were told it was pheasant.

“The cooking instructions on the casserole only apply to 1 unit. We used 24 sachets and had to split into two cooking pots, due to the product having meat and thicker than soup I would allow more time to warm through”.
