Mark Hix MBE

Celebrated chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix is known for his original take on British gastronomy. Mark is frequently lauded as one of London’s most eminent restaurateurs with an unrivalled knowledge of ingredients with provenance. He is an award-winning author and food writer.
Mark received an MBE for his services to hospitality in the New Years’ Honours list 2017.

Phil Spencer

Phil is a television presenter, author, businessman, property investor and journalist best known as co-presenter of long running property shows Location, Location, Location and Love It Or List It. Phil has been a patron of The Country Food Trust since 2020, and for over twenty years has been a patron of St Mungo’s Homeless Charity based in London. Phil was also recognised in the 2025 Kings New Years Honours list with an MBE for services to charity. Born and brought up on a family farm in Kent he is a country lad through and through. He now lives in Hampshire alongside his various dogs, chickens, horses and sheep.

Mike Robinson

Mike is one of the world’s most prominent game chefs and a champion of game meat. He is the owner of the Woodsman, Elder and Forge restaurant’s and co owns the legendary Michelin-starred Harwood Arms. He is the TV Presenter of Farming the Wild and is a passionate conservationist managing deer on over 40,000 acres of land.
