The Country Food Trust held An Evening of Game at Hix Oyster and Fish House in Lyme Regis attended by David Gower. The evening kicked off with a Champagne and Gin reception kindly sponsored by Private Cellar, Langham Wine Estate and Hedgepig (Pinkster Gin) and was followed by a delicious four course dinner of game.
Out Patron Mark Hix and Trustee and Chef Tim Maddams had worked their magic preparing the delicious game recipes. The evening ended with patron David Gower entertaining the room following his show at The Marine Theatre.
With the help of our sponsors and SportArm enough money was raised which will help to supply over 5,000 meals to charities in Dorset.
