Amidst growing concerns that traditional game meat markets may not be able to absorb future supply, there’s ample reason to remain positive, says the GWCT’s chairman, Ian Coghill, who believes that learning from other industries and supporting innovative approaches will have an important role to play in maintaining a sustainable future for our sport.
