The Country Food Trust and The Felix Project are delighted to announce an innovative new project aimed at addressing food insecurity in London. The collaboration sees The Country Food Trust facilitating the delivery of high-quality venison mince to The Felix Project.
The Country Food Trust, known for its commitment to feeding people in need by providing nourishing meals, has taken a significant step by supplying venison mince to The Felix Project. This unique contribution aligns with both organisations’ dedication to ensuring that vulnerable individuals and families have access to wholesome, protein-rich food.
The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity it aims to rescue high-quality edible food that would otherwise have gone to waste and give it to organisations tackling hunger in the capital. They will utilise the venison mince from The Country Food Trust to create delicious and nutritious meals in Felix’s kitchen. It will also be sent to the organisations working to feed those experiencing food insecurity across the capital.
